I wish more and more podcasts will drive the fact that eating at home with your kids is the healthiest way to go. Teach your kids good habits, how to cook, take them to the grocery store with you, read and explain food labels, where and what foods are in the store. If parents don’t teach their kids they will never learn and pick up bad habits.
As someone who lives a very healthy life, I just want to say: Thank you, Paul! I don't have the time to curate such eloquent content concerning health, but I really do appreciate it and share it with those who I believe would benefit from some education concerning the foods they eat.
I have two teenage sons. I do the keto diet for epilepsy treatment. The boys eat lots of meat, non processed foods. They are both super fit and love their athletics. One traveling to college. I hope the lessons have sunk in.
Paul is nuts but love what he does. Just pick your spots with what he does and create your own version of it. It’s amazing the changes you will see.
Just had a conversation with someone about folks who die from cancer and other things. Many who are really healthy still get sick of course and I’m a big believer in health. But How about learning how to moderate stress! As Danica pointed out how paul is stressed about EMFs…he should also learn to chill out .:) I.E haven’t you ever seen an extreme runners and how old they look? I think working out is great and is a good stress, but not too much and learning how to mitigate the bad stress as well.
I think a grass fed steak dinner in Costa Rica should happen between you two in the future.
So grateful she said dropping from the sky. PLEASE HAVE THEM STOP GEOENGINEERING/CHEMTRAILS.
Sharing post immediately. Thanks for sharing today, because I never wanted breast implants, thankfully. My life has been amazing. Just got back from stair climbing in a high rise, 11 floors up and down, 6 times....................................................from the Ozarks, 72 years old
I am 66, and I can run for an hour without tiring and do 20 pullups. Not a jock, but I'm no joke. Real food and adventurous movement and joyous friendships...the recipe for an epic life.
Thanks Paul for your valuable and enjoyable house tour 😊
