******SOUND STARTS at 1:45 thanks dr boz i always appreciate when you talk honestly about fasting mistakes because a lot of people online make it sound like you just stop eating and everything magically fixes itself. i’m actually in the middle of figuring this out myself right now, for years i believed the low fat thing and was constantly crashing after lunch and tired all the time and that’s what pushed me to start learning more about keto/paleo/carnivore ideas and eventually fasting too. what helped me stop guessing was writing things down, i started using a 52 week new pyramid tracker just to log meals, fasting windows and how i actually felt during the day and it became pretty obvious that some days fasting felt amazing and clear headed and other days i was pushing too hard and it showed up as brain fog or low energy. seeing the patterns week after week helped me start listening to my body instead of forcing some perfect schedule i saw online. still learning but these kinds of talks help a lot.

16:8 here and 2MAD. Cannot eat enough in one sitting. This just fell into place for me.
I'm not even a week into keto/carnivore and when I had butter & MCT oil in my coffee & I ate high fat brisket meat I naturally only wanted to eat once in the day! Was so shocked it happened so fast!
Great doctor . My doctor just gives a bunch of pills and seems to work for big pharma and not for me . Boz should be everyone’s doc
