Hi Dr Boz, I’ve been following you since your mum passed and been on the sardine journey until 2021 lockdowns. Then it hit me, the only joy was coffee and muffin on our front porch. Folk crossed the road to avoid each other. i dropped the ball… With so much ‘real’ knowledge of nutrition and what l should be doing, the efforts of 20g/day were gone. And here we are 5yr later, you return to my feed. My state is still close to omad but nowhere near 20g/day. The journey has come full cycle, l start again but unlike before l now know about what they put in my meat, what they spray in the air. Thankyou for still being there… ❤️
Some people's hours don't look like others does. By 7pm I'm in bed but I'm up by 230 am. It would be helpful if it was explained in hours before sleep and after waking up. Please? Thanks 😊
Dr. Boz, one thing you need to check with a patient when their exercise program stops working, is whether or not they are exercising too much. Health guru Chalene Johnson experienced a scenario in which her addiction to exercise, caused her to start gaining weight once she hit perimenopause. The solution to her problem was to reduce how much exercise she was doing so her body would have sufficient time to recover from the inflammation the exercise caused. Chalene Johnson ultimately came up with the solution to start walking rather than running. She walks around 5000 steps a day as there is an upper limit in which more, starts doing less, and is counter productive.
