Thanks for taking the time to have me on. I haven’t shared this much of my story on any pods before. And I hope that it helps people understand some of where I come from.
He's 100% right. Intermittent Fasting is about discipline. Discipline leads to all kinds of great results.
This was the best Thomas podcast. I have followed and liked him for a long time but admit that in the past year or so his material felt too contrived to sell a product and I sort of lost my faith in his information. Chris’ interview of him here made me enjoy him again! Thank you

Chris is an absolute boss of an interviewer! Great job! And Thomas is the man, great to hear part of his journey.
I had no idea that Thomas's father ran De Lauer's Super Newsstand. I've never been inside, but I have fond memories from the early 1960s of waiting outside in the car with my mom, brother, and sisters while my father would pick up the Sunday NY Times, some comics for us, and an assortment of magazines and other newspapers. It's cool to hear that it's still open and is considered an Oakland institution. I'll be heading up there ASAP.
I am so hypnotized buy his biceps 😂 lol
It's great to see Thomas so open and chill. I wish he would start a second channel and just share his insights and musings on life in general. He seems like a really good bloke, plus he is in to cars 😎
BEEF CAKE! he got me off guard with that south park reference I completely forgot about that lol. sweet.
Why don't we hear this side of DeLauer - fascinating thank you for a completely new insight.
