Suplements: Magnesium, probiotic omega3, coq10, creatine, glutamine.
Hmmm...I've been on OMAD for years. I never get sick. Doesn't matter how many sick people I'm around. Do all my weight training and trail running fasted. I've included a lot of the foods he recommends in this video. Uncooked Olive oil everyday. Raw garlic every day. I'm not big on vegies but I do add kelp, kombu to bone broth everyday. 5 steaks (ribeye or new york) 5 days out of the week. Salmon 2 days out of the week. shrimp and sardines everyday. For dessert I combine either greek yogurt or sour cream with stevia, nuts, dark chocolate and berries.
