No.1 Brain Scientist: Your Brain Is Lying To You! Here's How I Discovered The Truth!
Unlock Your Brain: Healing Trauma and Mastering the 4 Characters Within
Discover the four anatomical personality structures in your brain and gain the power to intentionally select which one operates at any moment. By understanding these characters, you can rapidly heal past trauma and escape the anxiety loops keeping you stuck.
Short Summary
- Consciously shift between the four distinct, anatomically defined ‘characters’ residing in your left and right brain hemispheres.
- Heal emotional reactivity by understanding that emotions (like anger or grief) are designed to last less than 90 seconds if not perpetually restimulated.
- Balance logic (Character 1, ego) with wholeness (Right Hemisphere) to foster connection, peace, and creativity beyond individualistic stress circuits.
- Prioritize cellular brain health through quality sleep, hydration, movement, and intentional nutrition to support complex functions.
Harvard neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor details how anatomy dictates personality, having recovered from a major left-hemisphere stroke that stripped away her sense of self. This conversation provides the framework to stop running on automatic, observe which of the four characters is currently driving your behavior, and actively choose the mental state required for the moment. Understanding these neural pathways is the key to manifesting true mental well-being.

I was 17 years old and sitting in a grimy little "bedroom" in my abusive father's house when Jill and her message reached me via her TED talk. I printed out a screenshot of her face and stuck it on my wall. That's how I found the determination to get out of my hopeless situation and study neuroscience at university. Now I have a PhD in neuroscience. The more I learn and the more life has thrown at me, the more Jill's message rings true. She is right. She is imparting wisdom. We need to heed her advice and take it with the seriousness it deserves. This is how we save humanity.
Convinced this man has one of the most valuable shows on the internet. Incredible interviewer, priceless topics and guests. Amazing.

I needed that slap in the face this morning that screams: wake up, stop complaining and be thankful and enjoy life to the max. Her energy is unmatched ❤
At the age of 12, I was in a near fatal car accident. I was sleeping in the back seat, not wearing a seatbelt. We were hit by a semi truck and suburban and I was ejected out of the rear window. As a result, I was in a coma for 2 weeks, left frontal lobe brain damage, paralyzed on my right side, with neck and back fractures. When I awoke from my coma, I was born again. I had to learn to walk, talk, write, coordinate, comprehend, and memorize at 12 years old. I’ve always carried an inner joy for the simple ability to wake up in the morning and walk. I have an appreciation for the ability to actively enjoy the present moment. At the age of 20, I developed spasmodic dysphonia, which is a rare vocal disorder, brought about by stress. My brain injury leaves me physically sensitive to the impact of stress. To be able to speak, I get Botox injections in my vocal cords every 3 months, since I was 21. I’m 40 now, and in a little over a year, I will have my masters degree to practice as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I’m very grateful. This episode resonates with me deeply. Thank you ❤
There is nothing like watching a person who can ONLY speak about their profession/passion with maximum enthusiasm. A joy to watch her talk
