Those doctors were being really rude to you, that episode is hard to watch. I lost respect for all of them. Not just because differing opinions on food but they wouldn’t even let you talk, they just yelled at you.
Interesting? I too was on a Raw Vegan diet for a couple of years. The most unhealthiest time of my life. Never again!
You should start a series reviewing subscribers diets.
I stopped eating sugar and fast foods and started eating straight meat and eggs cheese raw dairy October 24. I started feeling lightheaded and not well. So I added mangoes and honey and coconut water Himalayan salt. I take magnesium glycinate everyday with my saffron for menopausal moods too. Today I am 10 lb lighter. I am not hungry all the time. I am a lot flabbier right now though but I can feel the muscles underneath and my joints and torn muscle pain and nerve pains have not been around for 4 straight days. I’m so happy 🎉
