1. Stop allocating most calories to the evening. 2. Stop prioritizing calories over nutrients. 3. Stop relying on caffeine. Try power naps or short yoga meditation instead. 4. Drink water mostly during day instead of evening. 5. Stop eating carbs pre workout. Train in a fasted state. 6. Stop taking conventional rest days. Take active rest day's instead. 7. Focus on nasal breathing instead of mouth breathing. 8. Stop having large post workout meals immediately after. 9. Take quercetin supplements to combat inflammation and food induced congestion.
The coffee thing is so true. Coffee is the most common addiction in the modern world and barely anyone acknowledges it.
I started limiting my caffeine about 3 months ago, reduced it from 300mg - 500mg down to 50-60mg, that first month was rough, now 3 months later, I'm no longer crashing on my days off. I am no longer struggling after half way through my work day and need to grab a second energy drink, everything feels much more balanced, it's saving me some 💰 as well. Just green tea now, one of the best changes I've made in years.

i drink coffee and green tea green tea have stronger effect on me for some reason than coffee And green tea bring some crazy energy BOOST with no witdrawals like coffee

I take a nap every day between 12 and 2 helps get through the day in up at 4-5 am and go bed at 9-10 at night I’m 68 take no meds was a heavy lifter years ago spent 2-3 hrs in gym for 15 years after we had kids all that stopped I no longer work out I just stay moving working in the yard or on the house gym doesn’t work for me. I have probably 10 years left to live I’m not spending it doing something I don’t like. I eat healthy and my labs are great.
I have more energy without caffeine!
