The Predator 2018 is by far and away the worst movie in the franchise. There I said it. Off the top of my head I can’t think of a franchise with a lower point than this. Batman and Robin, those terrible Terminator sequels, I’d all rather watch them than go back to this. Like everytime we do one of these big breakdown series…there’s always the one you dread thats coming down the line. Like the Matrix was rough but nothing compared to how much I wasnt looking forward to this film. We have gratuitous call backs, Sterling K Brown hamming it up and Hollwyood doing their classic Rain Man move where Autism’s a superpower. Ut him You know a lot of experts thing being on the spectrum is the next step on the evolutionary chain Oof. However, upon researching it, I actually found lots of interesting things about what was in the original cut. Whether it was a links to Dutch or the discovery of Newt and Ripley…believe it or not, it had some big ambitions. So what went wrong and ultimately is there anything to salvage from this movie?
