I wouldn’t consider the second story an eff up, she was pushing boundaries and needed that wake up call. Her being hostile isn’t your fault, it’s because she can’t take a no.
The person who microwaved socks should be fired. That's disgusting.

Second Story: OP should’ve reported her to HR for workplace harrassment and for creating a toxic work enviornment. OP constantly tried to politely give her the hint that he isn’t interested but she ignored him constantly. Now that he was more blunt in rejecting her advances, she is being aggressive and mean
I had allergy testing when I was a kid, 108 injections of possible allergens in my arms. I had reactions in all 108 injections. My Dr. decided to not even test for foods at that point.
elevator story: it's very important to be silly sometimes. if you don't make any room for whimsy in your life, you're gonna be miserable. you gotta get a lil goofy!

Ok, the trainer that started CPR seriously needs to get re-trained in CPR. The very first thing you do is check if someone is responsive, which OP obviously was. Starting CPR on some who's alive and conscious can literally kill them.
To add to your PSA: Also numb. Took me 30 years to realise I'm allergic to cellary.
EMT here. Nobody in that gym knows a thing about CPR. You don't do CPR on someone having a heart attack, and you check for responsiveness first. Then you check for a pulse and breathing. Also, you don't lift someone's legs up during CPR. That story was hilarious all around
