One use case I want to point out is upscaling comics - it’s fantastic at the job. I’ve also tried feeding it manga pages in Japanese to see if it could translate them to English, keeping everything within the bubbles and stylistically correct, and maybe even replacing some of the text that’s integrated into the panels themselves or stylized text outside of bubbles and somehow find a way to represent them in English. So far… it can translate and replace some text in bubbles, which is cool enough.

Whenever AI like chatgpt or gemini doesn't understand what I want removed from an image, I just give it to Canva lol. I also found that if I want an image to look a certain way, drawing something to use as a reference image may help too
Nice Swastika flower bruh ol 18:10
13:47: "Midjourney aesthetics can't be beat" – hand in the ad has 6 fingers (I see how that doesn't really negate Midjourney's excellence at mood/atmosphere, but it was pretty funny how those two elements synced up)
It works great for the first image it generates, but modifications suck, it just keeps generating the exact same image over and over, telling you that it's different.
When you're having issues then sometimes starting a new chat and uploading the image and trying again can help. Gemini chats start to have memory decay after about 10 images and then these types of things can happen where it just won't do something you've asked it to do no matter what. Sometimes (not a guarantee unfortunately) starting a new chat can fix that.
"Under the new policy, I cannot directly edit your uploaded image by putting you in a rainforest, changing your appearance, or combining you with other real people." This was the response today. It was nice while it lasted.
16:51 we're going to have a conversation about those childhood drawings 🤔🫣😬
It’s funny hearing people say “Photoshop is dead”. They said the same thing about photography when Photoshop came out 😂😂
