If a brew turns out wrong I drink it and pay attention it's horribleness so that I can be more mindful of the greatness of a good brew
honestly just the visual of what the bloom looks like when too coarse or fine is super helpful itself
If James made a video about how to rescue your hair mid coif I would watch just as intently
