4 months carnivore. Had a terrible menopause at 47 . Turning 50 this year in June and got my cycle bk today. Didn’t believe it would happen to me .

3 years carnivore and a natural bodybuilder at the age of 69, never thought I could be in this type of shape! High protein, high fat, never a lack of energy!, I have adapted Dr. Nash's 5 day split which has changed my training for the rest of my life! you Two are a great combination for getting the message out there!
I so wish I'd learned this 40 years ago before the damage was done.
Competitive bodybuilding went down hill after Lee Haney. 70' and early 80's the bodybuilders looked best and were healthy. I'm 60, started training at 13, taught by a super intelligent natural bodybuilder. He knew anatomy and biology better than any doctor. He told me Immediately to stop wasting stomach space eating what we do not need, veg and fruit, just eat meat and egg's. Also train HIGH VOLUME, each working set to failure. He competed and laughed at the other bodybuilders that would change their diets for a competition, he said you should only need a couple of weeks to be ready. Always keep your waist at 28" and if your belly sticks out further than your chest you're fat.
6 months into carnivore and my 3rd month doing MMA. i never gas out on even the hardest sessions. may need a few seconds to catch my breath on sparring days, but I am always at the talking easily state within a minute just after intense sessiong while others are gasping for air. Everyone around were genuinely surprised to know that i never eat any carbs and was performing like that on a 12 hour fasted state. i suspect i have a GSD, eating any carbs pre or post workout will destroy my performance and recovery. i get severe cramps, ringing in my ears, blackouts, cold sweats all at once mid-session or immediately after the session if i eat carbs pre workout, and severe cramps if i eat carbs post workout. it will take days for the soreness to clear up and that was one of the main reason i turned carnivore. I am never going to eat any carbs in my entire life again.
77 year old female, carnivore 540 days. I’m watching this as I eat my ribeye steak. Healing my neuropathy, not diabetic. Lifting weights and doing. Radio 5 to 7 days a week. Never been this healthy when I was eating grains, fruits, and veggies. God is good.
i tried what he said last time, lowering the wight and increasing the repetitions and i can say it works for me especially in decreasing the feeling of getting injured
