I think Kun is right when it comes to raising the skill floor of people and having less people manage/lead more. This is a huge opportunity for start ups and a problem to solve for large establishes corporations. Going a bit deeper, I think AI will enable a potential for an academic renaissance. When the grunt work is being done by AI, people will have more time to focus on theory and best practices βΒ how things ought to be done.
