There’s really so much to learn in life—it almost feels impossible to know everything and stay ahead of it all. But there’s one book that’s closely related to this topic, which I’d love to recommend. It helped me a lot, and they say it’s not easy to get your hands on. It’s called Neural Rebirth Codes by Orson Kingsley.

To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ For me, it wasn’t therapy or meds that helped the most — it was reconnecting with myself. I started using the exercises in Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks, and it made me feel human again. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now! 🙏❤

learning from your mom her methods of handling you as an infant turns out to be invaluable information for many of us born in the 'cry it out' 'feed on schedule' era. it explains a lot about how we see the world and ourselves. how we self soothe. why fear rules over some of us. why so many feel like they never have enough. a grand experiment on a generation of us. she shared this with me after i had my first born because i raised them like animals raise their babies, always on or near me. always held. cries answered. co-sleeping. they were happy to go play at daycare and school and happy to see me and come home. i would suggest to those out there wrestling with their shadows to find out what their moms school of 'how to raise a hueman' was and connect the dots from there. but don't blame...they have enough guilt usually. we are all out here doing our best with faulty gears. this is also where emotional eating comes from....toddler crying? here...have a snack. :) once i realized that connection, i stopped doing it with my babes, and taught them how to calm themselves.

Miss when you used to talk for three hours alone. It feels like a conversation with each listener, instead of just with the guest.

As a psychology student, I’ve come across countless lectures and theories—but few resonate like the way Dr. Huberman communicates. His ability to translate complex science into practical, life-changing insights is truly remarkable. Thank you, Andrew, for making neuroscience not only accessible, but deeply impactful.
