My comment will be lost amongst the thousand ones here,BUT this is what I do as a woman in her mid 50s who lives in GREECE. I use organic detergents for washing and cleaning my home, along with vinegar. I also buy organic cosmetics and apply very little WITHOUT any foundation. As for perfumes I use none or organic and for deodorant, crystal ones. Finally, if I want my home to smell good I use essential oiles, in the bucket or a diffuser. For food storage I use glass containers. Hope this helps whomever reads this comment. Stay aware, stay healthy! God bless you all. 💌☦

I started losing my hair at 39, in massive clumps. Along with having hypothyroidism, low vitamin D levels and anemia, I was very sick and stressed. After decades of trying to balance my thyroid levels, and *failing,* my new doctor told me to *get rid of all the plastic food and water containers and all plastics in my home, all the chemicals in my home, and replace all my old pots and pans with forever chemical free pots and pans.* It took me one year to accomplish this, and after I switched to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, I finally got my thyroid levels under control. No matter what meds I took before this journey, my thyroid levels were out of wack for decades. Switching to a chemical free, sustainable lifestyle was the only thing that saved my health, _and_ it saved me *money* too. I bought a bidet and cotton wash cloths, and had no TP throughout the COVID lockdown, and my daughter and I were great! I started reusing all my glass pickle and honey jars as cups and containers. I threw out all my chemicals household cleaners and replaced them all with 1-2 jars of a mix of filtered water, isopropyl alcohol, and distilled vinegar which cleans all my windows, floors and countertops perfectly. Plus, I have less stress not worrying about my daughter getting this horrible thyroid disease too. 😅 ANYONE CAN DO THIS, it’s not just for rich people. I’m broke and I did it. It may take time, but it’s worth it! 🌎🫶🏼

"You might save time on your cooking, but how much of that time is being taken off the back end of your lifespan?" That quote hit me different!

Instead of dermatologist approved we should ask for toxicologist approved on everything.

I am an Air Force disabled veteran behind chemicals behind toxic exposure. PFF’s and PFA’s in the water in the buildings and everything on the military base that I was stationed on. Now now I’m 56 and I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy and it’s getting worse and worse of the same size I was in high school. These chemicals are no joke. People and I can do nothing to reverse this. I’m waiting for a settlement. May the Lord allow me to live to collect from the settlement. PFF’s and PFA’s were in the water, food, etc at LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE SAN ANTONIO, TX. The Pentagon knew from 1970 - 2020 that the entire base was contaminated! My little sister is a veteran as well and is recovering from breast cancer. 😢OUR GOVERNMENT HAS ALLOWED ALL OF THIS! All of the unknown diseases, the US Military lumps them up as toxic exposure sounds very ironic, doesn’t it! That our government knows and has known the whole time What in the food. What’s in the plastics that they manufacture in any consumer product they know, they knew, and they don’t care.
