Supreme Court DOOMS MAGA Ally in BLISTERING RULING!!!

Attorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian cover the final collapse of Roy Moore's $8.2 million defamation verdict. Moore, the former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice twice removed from the bench, sued Senate Majority PAC over a 2017 campaign ad that said he was "banned from the Gadsden Mall for soliciting sex from young girls." Moore's defense: he wasn't soliciting sex, he was just trying to get their numbers. He was in his 30s. The girl referenced in the ad was 14 and working as Santa's helper. An off-duty police officer working mall security testified under oath that he received roughly 10 complaints about Moore from teenage girls and store managers over a six-week period before banning him. An Alabama jury awarded Moore $8.2 million in 2022, but the 11th Circuit unanimously vacated the verdict in April, finding Moore failed to prove actual malice. Judge Elizabeth Branch wrote it was "a negligent error at best" by the PAC. Moore rushed to the Supreme Court asking Justice Thomas to stay the mandate and preserve the bond. Thomas denied it without explanation. The bond securing the award is now released. Moore currently runs the Foundation for Moral Law with his wife and files amicus briefs advocating against separation of church and state.
