Knew It Was Coming but Still Sad to See it End

I understand how D3 might feel inevitable, but we also need to be realistic. Sony dropped BILLIONS to acquire Bungie, who have consistently dropped the ball, often very publicly. So, assuming Sony doesn't just shut them down, would they really invest heavily in a D3 after non-stop failures in the live service space? If D3 comes out, I doubt it will be anytime soon, especially with Marathon having been their focus until recently. Bungie honestly needs a top-down restructuring and serious management at the helm, not people obsessed with showing off their car collection while laying off their QA staff.

To this day I'm still chasing the high of when I got Hawkmoon during Destiny Year One. So many fond memories playing D1 and D2 with my friends over the years. I'll cherish my time spent with this franchise for a long time.
