I absolutely love this judge, he responded, either today or yesterday, he said two things I loved, one being he said " I need the citation not the name, my memory goes off citation facts, its a liabilty issue with me" Then the defense said " it should be our privacy leaving all of our DNA at home, and he responded, " dont go to a crime scene " 😂😂😂
Emily, thank you for time stamps and the summaries.
How do judges keep track of all of this? I'd space out so much...
I like how concise this judge is and how he keeps moving the case forward.
I really like this judge too 😂 Even though he doesn't like it, he is the right one for this trial.
As a retired legal assistant with a career mostly in person injury; I loved managing evidence and documents! A personal injury matter has hundreds of documents! Everything on a searchable spread sheet & organized in binders! If you did this from the very beginning getting ready for trial was complicated but organized. Noting that about 95% of personal injury files settle just before trial.
Custodian of records only need the warrant, not the affidavit. Custodians only provide what is legally requested in warrant. We don’t have authority to second guess why the judge signed the warrant
What a fantastic judge. I didn’t think I could be as impressed by anyone as Judge Kraynick, but I am.
I absolutely love this judge! Emily, as a retired LEO, I’m with you because I want all the information. It’s hard not being in the loop! One of my best friends is a court reporter. I went to numerous civil litigations with her. If someone spoke too fast, she’d stop everything and say that she won’t continue unless they slow down their talking. It took her years to do that but now the lawyers know! 😂 I live in the Western NY area and we got hit with 4’ if snow. A dusting in states that don’t get snow cracks me up. I get it but it’s still comical! Thank you!
He is exactly as how I picture a judge should be and act
