Vitamin D’s most important role is helping regulate the immune system. Your immune system protects against viruses, fungi, yeast, bacteria, and abnormal cells, while also helping distinguish between healthy and unhealthy cells. Every major immune cell involved in this process depends on vitamin D. Rather than simply creating a stronger immune system, vitamin D helps support normal immune function and a balanced immune response. Vitamin D is especially important for the immune cells in your gut, where a large portion of the body’s immune system resides. Some people with adequate vitamin D levels still develop autoimmune diseases. Chronic stress is one factor that may influence immune function by increasing cortisol, which can suppress the immune system. Low vitamin D levels combined with chronic stress may further affect immune function. Around 25% of people have vitamin D receptor resistance, which can affect how their bodies respond to vitamin D. This may help explain why some people require more vitamin D than others. This is why they demonize sun exposure and lie about the risks. They want us constantly sick and dependent upon the system that they benefit from directly.

This is a true story, I promise. Back in February, my 85 year old neighbor called me and said Get over here! When I got there, she was crawling across her garage in pools of vomit. She said I'm dying, can you take me to my doctor? We drove an hour to her doctor, her sitting right beside me and throwing up the whole way. Her doctor took one look and ordered a covid test. I thought Oh gosh, please no. Yep, she was positive and the doc wrote a script for Paxlovid. He asked if I wanted a mask and I said Nah, too late for that. That night, I thought...what would Dr. Berg do...so I increased my Vit D3 from 10,000 IU to 20.000 IU, and continued my Zinc, K2 as normal. A week went by, no problem. Felt great. Even the doc said Wow! This past winter I took 10,000 IU every day and never got a single cold. Not one! That's unbelievable for me!

Auto immune symptoms increasing in winter months makes sense. Less sun in the winter. Even the critters know the sun is therapy. They ALL lay out in the morning and evening sun. Funny how the people who are supposed to know have been telling us for decades that the sun is bad.

So true. My Veterans Admin Dr recently told me that my Vitamin D was too high. I had been taking 20,000 IU daily. He wanted me to drop it to 5,000 IU. I told him Id lower my intake to 10,000 and return in 3 months time for another blood test result. I don’t get enough sun right now because I am actively caring for my elderly parents. One with late stage dementia and the other with early Alzheimers (he is 91).
