I break down the law behind the Court of Arbitration for Sport's Ruling and some things that don't add up. I also go over the statements made by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), USA Gymnastics, US Olympic & Paralympic Committee and International Olympic Committee. The Young Young RICO trial resumes with Kenneth Copeland's testimony. He told prosecutors under cross-examination he lied to the detectives so that he would not be in custody. The court denied the defense's motions to dismiss so the defense attorney's have taken a writ. As of Monday, August 12th, Tom Girardi was on day 4 of his trial. I went over the witness covered right before I began filming the podcast. The prosecutor's are already done with half of the witnesses on their list. This should be a fast trial. How does someone get over the loss of a medal after the ceremony and having it in their hands. My heart is breaking for this young woman.

This is so wrong. I've had it with the Olympic Committee. I worked for the company here in Utah that made the medals for the 2002 Olympics. And when an issue similar to this happen in figure skating we simply worked overtime and made another medal. No one was stripped of their medal. Just double winners.

The IOC is saying they don’t care about screwing over the athletes as long as they don’t have to admit their own incompetence.

If the appeal was too late, then why did the judges accept it?

People suck. Jordan did nothing wrong and people bashing her is ridiculous. 😞

Any mistake made at the time, no athlete should lose out because of. Just award an extra medal to promote the other athlete. Happened in shooting to. UK shooter hit a clay, but judge missed it. Clearly shows on video, but video isn't used. It's harsh for a lifetime of training and the pinnacle of their sport, yet proof isn't even considered.

If the judges had done their job correctly, none of this would have happened.

Ok the Pentathlon sounds like someone who let their 6 year old describe the Olympics. “First you ride a horse that you’ve never met before… then you fight with swords…. Then you go swimming…..”
