Its so refreshing to see him be interviewed and not "performing" and being loud. Appreciate him taking the time to reveal himself on a genuine level. He's a good storyteller.

For some reason this interview made me want to see Keanu Reeves on here. I feel like they share some sort of genuine love for life that is beautiful to unpack.

Love how you let your guests talk, the only interruptions are your occasional hmmhmm or a question that relates to what they're talking about... and it's the questions that we want them to be asked. You show so much respect for your guests, it's truly honourable and I'm sure the reason people are lining up to come on your show!

This was incredibly beautiful. So glad you had him on. When Jimmy first started on SNL, I was the assistant to his business manager, a quiet, successful, yet scary little man that scared the living hell out of me. I started performing stand-up myself, was incredibly shy, and had THE BIGGEST crush on Jimmy and couldn't dare let it show....had to keep it professional. He was kind enough to gift me a ticket to the season premiere in 2000, and having my own goal since childhood of being on SNL (being spoonfed SNL since birth), simply being in that building, walking those halls was *everything* to a poor kid from Oxnard, California. He encouraged me and I did stand up for about 10 years and took classes at the Groundlings then decided working behind-the-scenes in film was a better fit. I'll never forget his kindness, his enthusiasm, his gratitude, and generosity. This was such a fun interview. Who knew we once had cardboard furniture in common?

How nice it is to see the podcast format without giant microphones covering the faces. Nice work, audio folks.

I Love how he always goes back to his parents. Like they were the first people he wanted to call and talk to for everything. It’s so heartwarming. ❤

I worked on a movie with Jimmy and became friends with him during the shoot. He is not one of the kindest actors I’ve known. He is one of the kindest humans I’ve ever known. Keep doing what you do, Jimmy!
