So glad this dying man's wisdom is being broadcast widely. So needed now in this country. So many quotable moments in this interview. Pure gold. An example: "We are meant to hug. We are meant to make babies. We are meant to break bread together. And we are going through a moment of profound confusion about what it means to be human." Thank you, Ben.

I was a programmer for 35 years. After retirement I taught myself plumbing and I have been doing jobs for people on limited means to fix the plumbing in their houses and businesses for free. I have never been so happy.

I sat with tears...especially towards the end of this incredible interview. The tender/thoughtfulness of the questions, and the absolutely thoughtful answers, just made me reflect on my own life (at 67), what my time remaining looks like, and how I can put this time to great use, as has Mr Sasse. Thank you so much for the tears of joy..to the.both of you

The interview with Ben Sasse on 60 Minutes offers so much wisdom on so many levels and imho should be made available as a modern day Profile in Courage.
