With an italian coach and an italian american coach the gold medal in Italy was written in the stars.

Being in recovery from anorexia, Alysa is the best role model I could ask for. I’m prouder of how she reclaimed her mental health and joy than any technical achievement. But it shows that strong mental and physical health also gives you the resilience and confidence to work hard enough to achieve your own goals. I also love her artistry, creative choices, and how she has made this art her own. I can’t wait to see all of the great things she creates.
