Suffered from Crohn’s for several years before actually being diagnosed. My Gastroenterologist had me on a high grain and fiber diet and it was exasperating the pain and just killing me. I couldn’t function anymore. After starting carnivore for a heart issue my Crohn’s as well as my IBS was cured in 30 days.
I can confirm this. I ended up having an emergency operation, the biopsy pointed to Chron's. I went to the GE once, and never went for a second time. I had heard about carnivore before this incident so I decided to try. It's been more than 2 years, I do not know what a flare is.
I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in the late 1980's and followed the standard GI advice for many, many years. Absolutely all the advice I got from these clowns was 100% incorrect. The UC got worse and worse. The flare ups got increasingly bad and more difficult to get under control. It wasn't until I removed carbs from my diet did my conditions improve. After a couple of years all symptoms and evidence (as confirmed by a colonoscopy) that I had UC ever, was gone. I'm of the opinion that these GI doctors should be held criminally liable for their crappy advise. Whether it is from incompetence or malice I don't know but the end result is the same: They are making their patients sick and in some times even killing them with their bad advice.
Lion diet completely reversed my chrons disease…
Nothing calms my gut down like the way a lion diet ever did. Thanks Dr. C!
I’ve been off my Crohn’s medicine for months and I feel terrific. My diet is fatty beef, salt, butter, and water. Honestly, you stop craving other foods after long enough and just feel appreciative that your stomach is better, miraculously.
I can give personal evidence to this video as I am a disabled veteran diagnosed with severe UC and now since doing a lion diet I'm in full remission of all symptoms. They wanted to remove my intestines and I said no. Found carnivore and my life has changed.
The crazy thing is, I was always told meat was the problem - that beef was just too dense to eat in a flare digestively. Spoiler: it was the plants. If I have a cheat day, I react way more to something with a veg in it than sugar. It’s wild. ETA: in no way am I suggesting sugar is okay, it’s not, this is more of an attestation to how bad plants are.
My crohns gone after 4 years carnivore now no meds after 35 years of disease 🙏🏻
I went to a gastroenterologist today..that idiot said "diet has nothing to do with Crohn's disease" 😂 .. my calprotectin was 2242 and with diet i have brought it down to 26..but mucus was a big issue...I started eating goat meat..it's been two months my mucus vanished..I firmly believe diet is everything in Crohn's disease..first I eliminated Dairy,Gluten and Sugar..but it was not enough..I then removed all plants from my diet except Rice and potato (i will eliminate these two soon)..along with that I eat eggs,Fish and goat meat and recently started unsalted butter..no more symptoms..
