I'm 43. 267-196lbs in 16 months. Ground beef and eggs are my main meals. Lunch and dinner only and I lift full body daily while fasted. I don't listen to anyone. "You need carbs, you overtrain, blah blah" never felt better or been in better shape. If I cheat a day, I have 2 noticeable changes.. backache/bodyache returns and brain fog is very obvious.
Brilliant, your body is not craving calories, it is craving nutrients.
Was literally watching Dr. Nash earlier today on muscle building and bam here he is with Chaffee. Is this a sign?
