ngl after bombing at 33km while still consuming 120g carbs per hr I think it was not the fueling it was trying to hold half marathon pace for full marathon 😭😭😅😅😅😅

Hi Ben, I just Ran my first marathon on Sunday in Perth Australia. I followed your plan as well as I could have and I cannot believe I crossed The finish line in 3 hours 46 minutes. Watching your videos has helped me immensely, and I genuinely was as prepared as one could be for their first marathon. From literally taking that first step and getting into running to learning about easy/conversational pace. Thank you for the positivity, as my aim is to pass it on to others and maybe inspire them.
