The number of dropped empty gel packets I saw in my local park this weekend was embarrassing. Don’t drop litter people!
Brought my mile down from the other week to a 9:10 from a 12 minute
Love my muscle scraper. Helped me get over my plantar fasciitis quicker I really believe.
Love my Coros HRM. I use it for pretty much any form of exercise. I’d highly recommend it to anyone
I love your transperancy and stating at the beginning that everything is 100% bought on your own. so rare for reviews nowadays. Cheers!
I struggled with running related injuries/various issues. I bought a Zwift Ride 13 months ago to cross train. Ended up with no running and all in on riding bikes instead (and way less injuries/issues) 😅
Pilates teacher and marathon runner here! So happy to hear that Pilates is working for you Ben! I’m always surprised that more runners don’t incorporate it ❤️
Lacrosse ball also works great for rolling out the feet.
Without doubt Ben , you are the only big shoe tuber ( shoe reviewer who I can FULLY trust ) with your opinion . By buying with your own money has so much credibility. Your true thoughts , are really your true thoughts , I refuse to watch a shoe sent to a reviewer now
