I hear what he’s saying but from the start of school being a kid that moves all day in his seat only brings negative attention from a teacher. From day 1 we’re taught to sit still and not engage the large muscles. Out of sheer habit we sit still all day.
Your posture is a daily vote for how your body ages. Sitting properly sounds small, but small habits repeated for years become your quality of life.
11:30 Because laying back is relaxing and hunched over enables more attention or concentration. I find this to be a rather simple conclusion to make.
Most office chairs aren’t built to support a reclining position. Being trapped in cubicles is also a big problem. If movement is the solution then why is it not a feature at the workplace?
I literally have been leaning back in my chair the way Bob King demonstrated my whole working career. People thought I was weird. Imagine that 🤣🤣

I did not need to hear about off gassing, now I have another thing to be paranoid about lmao
I have spinal stenosis and thought my lower back was the only issue until I got a huge health crisis a couple of weeks ago and will be having a complex neck surgery. Looking down on screens and the sleeping position can absolutely mess you up! An who knows what else. Do not underestimate neck health. Just like that, the "problematic "/weak lower back is not my main issue now that i realise i have irreversible spinal cord damage and got to experience how quickly the neck can create a huge neurological crisis. Always scan the whole spine once you have any stiffness or pain in a certain area.
Dorothy Brasch = My back fell apart this year, my disc pads are dissolved. I am 74. I worked accounting for over 46 years. This is very important issue. Sitting in office, drive, relaxing destroys your circulation same as smoking all day.
Good job hosting lately. Far more questions and focus on the guest. Great job. Keep it up.
