Unlocking your inner peace isn’t so much about learning or discovering something new. It’s about unlearning things that no longer serve us.

Chris Williamson….it’s a paradox. You have developed yourself to be a healthy high performer, intelligent, insightful and erudite individual. Yet you’re fully aware that millions of people have watched you, which validates and perpetuates and fuels, funds you. You are less than top 1% of all human history in achievement and quality of life. Anyone who follows you are benefiting from your accessibility to prestigious people you interview. True altruism may not exist. The plato is unattainable, but you Chris have achieved so much more than anyone else would. Thanks for your commitment to inform, educate and push things forward.

Chris, I just want to say thank you. I had a panic attack about 2 months ago and can admit to myself that I am struggling with anxiety, depression, and ROCD. I have been on adderall and SSRIs for the past 12 years and had a wake up call that I needed to figure it out. I used the pharmaceuticals given to be my doctors to hide from my thoughts and mental state. I am tapered off and it has been the hardest 2 months of my life but your podcast and specifically episodes like these keep me going.

As a kid I always used to think about the fact that why people follow these types of content on YouTube a lot. Why is it in demand. Now, as someone growing up and entering adulthood I understand that people are really disconnected to themselves. The world is a busy place, whenever I go out I see people being so pessimistic and focusing on the negative things and being too selfish and talking about things that don't bring meaning in their lives. Then, such podcasts help them to connect to the deeper reality. I feel such podcasts bring this insane world sanity!

Side note, whoever is the editor, deserves an Academy Award. Just pure perfection.

Always a highlight catching these insights—real talk from cool people. That bit about staying driven without letting it eat you up was solid. Reflecting on how you react each time and aiming to handle it better—game changer. Less stress, more progress.
