Thank you for having me!
Kids birthday parties, a trustworthy mechanic, transportation, a home, a summer vacation, reasonable healthcare that doesn't bankrupt you if you fall in the shower, prime rib at Christmas and the comforts of civil society should be the birthright of every working American. That is the culture we seek to return to and enhance.
I spent two weeks in Scotland not long ago and all I could think of as an American is how defeated everyone seemed.
One of the most absolutely impressive things about Chris is his memory for sourcing and quotes. This was a great chat with two of my favorite guys. Keep doing the Lord's work.
The feminists (men & women) really don’t understand how badly we need men. Masculine men who are courageous.
The fact that we got to listen to these two chatted up for a few hours for free is absolutely…… Priceless❣️
I left the Uk 10 years ago. I am literally at the grindstone of this issue. Myself and other expat friends left the Uk because it just wasn’t worth living there anymore. Crime was a major factor. I had suffered multiple crimes and the police were just useless. We have gaslit ourselves into thinking crime is normal when it is not. Add to that wages are low, and nothing works, and it is no secret why nobody wants to go back. I was in Cardiff visiting family recently and the streets were filled with homeless people doing drugs and drinking out in the open. Police were nowhere to be seen. I was shocked by how bad it had fallen. I love the Uk and wish I could live there, but aside from it’s my home and I have family there, there is nothing for me to return to. And until we change this, which I have no confidence we will, the brain drain will continue. There is not one government party I feel has any idea or power to fix it.

Abandoning my perfectionism is one of the best things i did for my sanity.
“We expect everything to be perfect, and if it isn’t, it’s someone else’s fault.” It’s ironic that when I worked with people who were depressed or anxious, this was exactly the kind thinking that they needed therapy for. It was only when they owned what they actually had control over that they wool start to feel better.
