My parents just celebrated 50 years of marriage. They both worked full times, split cooking and cleaning every night. Neither ever submitted in any way.

After staying in an emotionally abusive relationship with a "Christian" man for years because I was raised like this, it turns my stomach. I thought it was normal to take orders, and I only left when it became physical. If I had been less submissive and left at the first sign of disrespect, maybe I'd still have time to have children. I gave up so much for my ex that he didn't deserve just because he was the man. Nothing against Jesus, but sometimes people use him to control and deceive. Edit: The thing is, the Bible doesn't say submit only to the perfect God fearing man or submit only to a "true" Christian, whatever that means. Yes, it gives men a hard job too, but neither is contingent on the other.

Thank you for bringing this subject to the mainstream. I have never heard 2 people so dilusional in there beliefs in my life. I think they actually need therapy.

What captivates me in this is the way Ang looks and listens to Ari. She loves her beautifully without jealousy. Their Godly friendship is very rare. Exactly Ruth and Naomi.

Thank you Chris for having conversations that aren’t in your general genre and spiritually practice. People love to have comments, thank you for always having an open mind and for having conversations to open people’s view points. The comments section is literally the perfect argument of “if you agree with the whole politics party we know everything about you”. You don’t have to agree yourself - just realize other people might or might want some other view points?! Relax people it’s not that big a deal, if you don’t like it - wait for the next one. Keep on keepin on Chris 🤝🙏

It would be beneficial to maybe have a Catholic on around their age on. They really debase the value and make it sound cheap, but looks like they’re cashing in on the attention economy.
