Eating clean isn't a problem... but tracking calories just makes me unhappy
Tracking and eating clean changed everything for me
If you work construction and actually work being in a calorie deficit will make you shrink. I didn’t realize how many calories I was burning by just running around, crawling in attics, walking miles on site, up and down ladders ect. It’s insane how much it was working against my muscle gaining progress. Even with three big meals a day when you’re a little guy and burning 2,000 calories by lunch time it’s hard to manage.
