Btw, One Last Kill refers to the last family involved in Frank’s family’s execution. That was his final revenge mission. The ghost even asks him what his mission is now, and at the gravesite Frank says he’s going to keep going, showing he’s no longer just driven by revenge. Now he’s taking on a new purpose after creating a power vacuum by wiping out the Gnnucci family. That’s why him avenging the old man at the end matters. It shows the Punisher’s mission has evolved into something bigger than personal vengeance.

His “one last kill” was his vengeful self, killing bad people for sport instead of prioritizing protecting the innocent. At the end, he’s clearing his daughter’s grave of trophies from kills and replacing it with gifts from the people he’s saving.

the things that he wipes off of the tombstone are the trophies from his killers of his family. he wipes them off symbolizing that he's done with that part of his life and places the flower that he got from someone he saved down showing his rebirth. also, his daughter was played by his actual daughter. he's taking out the gnucci family during the events of daredevil reborn season 2.

The matter is actually very easy to understand. Everything that concerned Frank's family was taken care of. In this respect, the last bit of meaning in his life was gone and there was nothing left for him to do. The last kill was therefore for himself. His daughter (John's real daughter) prevented this and thus gave him more time. During this time, the last living Guccni appeared and it went on. Until the moment he helped the family. Then he saw new meaning for his life. He will help other people in the future. The last kill is therefore the one he didn't make. Himself.

Jon Berenthal’s Punisher is back, and he’s just how you remembered him. Grizzly, action packed, and not using his shaving kit. Even though this special is a bit shaky with the story and some of the characters, it’s still has some grittiness to keep that Punisher vibe to it.
