This is why I love Destiny. He actually reads things, goes into what is written, clearly states when he doesn’t understand something, if possible tries to figure out what he doesn’t understand, explains to the best of his knowledge what he does understand, and gives his take while still making it clear how much/little he understands

So basically this just means all cases now need to be class action. The court just needs to rule on birthright citizenship already and stop sitting on the fence. They do this on so many issues, they give Trump a loss and then come back with these weird semi win ruling

why is it so hard to understand that this case is about universal injunctions not birthright citizenship. the case is not even done in the lower courts, so this case is about rather lower courts can or can NOT issue universal injunctions. the SC said it in the opening paragraph. what the case is about in this case being (birthright citizenship) is irrelevant to what the court must rule on.

A class action lawsuit was already filed in Maryland Friday.

Couldn't this lead to the balkanization of US Federal laws, where Federal law can apply in some states if unchallenged, and doesn't apply in other states where its been successfully rejected, for the period of time until seen by the Supreme Court, even if immediate, irreparable harm could be suffered in rhe meantime?
