two things that have saved me money in recent years: 1) Cooking my own meals and 2) Eating close to zero carbs..
I did the last Dr Boz 21 day challenge. I have since created my own group and have impacted a number of friends and family through the teachings I learned from Dr Boz. If you are on the fence, take that leap!!! Improve your health and help those around you. It is a great feeling!!! Thank you Dr Boz for all your hard work and dedication to improving people’s lives.
My testament: Keto works. It requires discipline. You can make it work on a shoestring budget. It is worth it!
I have started walking. Started with two miles, then 4, then 6, then 8 and today I got to 21028 steps….. 9.5 miles. I am over 60 and now feel great. I have lost 10 lbs and my BP has dropped to 110/70. Amazing! I’m on no drugs. If you don’t exercise, try. You (people in general) can work your muscles and it will help. ;)❤
Dr Boz, I have been living the keto lifestyle for the last 5 years, thanks to you and your book. I started keto for the health benefits but the weight fell away and stayed away. Thank you for all you've done for me.

All the people that are enrolled are about to embark on a journey that will transform their health. Couldn’t be a better example to follow. By following I have been able to stop my BP, Cholesterol and antidepressant meds. Down 73 lbs since April 7 because of my determination and consistent application of the principles she teaches. You are going to be so thrilled with results.
Our medical establishment has become a total joke. 😢
