That's awseome for Greg. I'm 67 and had a heart attack and quadruple bypass over 29 years ago at age 38. Ten months later I had balloon angioplasty w/stent. I guess the surgeon missed an artery while my chest was split open! I have been morbidly obese my entire adult life. You'd think I'd learned my lesson after this? Nope, went back to the same ol' thing. Eating garbage. I started experiencing Angina around 2015. Did the cardiac catherization and one of my bypassed arteries was totally blocked. Good thing is my body grew collateral arteries around the blockage. The surgeon said it wasn't "life threatening". Good thing because I'm still here! In October 2024 I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. My ejection fraction was 41. Not good, not real bad. It was time to do something although the damage has already been done. I didn't care about the fat, I wanted to see what I could do for the CHF. I discovered carnivore shortly after this by finding a youtube video from Kerry w/Homesteadhow and Dr. Ovadia and that he "cured" his CHF. That was all I needed. I am 5'6.5" and my starting weight was 295. My waste, embarrassingly, was 59". I turned down bariatric surgery and told my doctor I was going to do it naturally with carnivore and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Anyhow, I actually started the diet mid-December because we were traveling, we live part-time in China and the other part in Cape Coral, Fl . I am now 188 lbs. My CHF has improved. A majority of my blood markers have improved. I'm doing this on my own so I really don't know if I'm doing more harm to myself or what. I exercise, do some HIIT training and just try and get advice from the good doctors, like Dr.Boz😁, and hope I'm doing the right thing. Cheers all!
Dr. Boz and team - I have been what you would call a low key/dirty keto person. Keeping my carb intake below 60 grams ( which I know many on this channel would pew pew). However - following the 14 to 16 hour fast has lowered my A1C from 13.1 in dec. to 6 as of April. It was due to you, and your team. Also - I have lost over 25 lbs., and five pant sizes. So - when your day is rough and you are wondering if your voice is reaching into the storm. . . the answer is yes. Just not at the drum pace you are pounding. Thank You. Peace be with you.
Hi Greg! Excellent work on improving your health. Please stay with it. You’ve done a massive amount of work and it’s totally paying off. Congratulations!!
Greg was a stellar coach….learned a lot from him, appreciated his transparency and consistency!
Well done Greg. Thanks for allowing your story to be told. From Australia
I'm glad when I went through my 170 lb of weight loss between low carb carnivore and fasting that I had almost no loose skin whatsoever except for a couple of funny skin spots but barely anything and I'm pretty much the only one that notices it. We are our own worst critics
I love this woman! She tells it like it really is!

Way to go, Greg Porter!!! You are an inspiration. There have been several times that I’ve gotten discouraged outside of the 21 Day classes we were in together where I was able to motivate myself again by reminding myself that if Greg can do it, I can too!!!
Thanks Greg! I’m almost 55, and was well on my way to checking out. Heart disease runs in my family. I’ve had cancer twice. Hearing your case outlined including falling off the wagon and not giving up matters! I’ve tried this once before without the information of how this works, got frustrated and threw my hands in up in the air. I too have to understand WHY I’m doing something and HOW it works to trust the process. Allowing your story to be told helps us skeptics to trust enough to have staying power. We’ve all been taken in by gimmicky fads that just take our $ with no lasting results. So, thank you for allowing this to be shared!
