Imagine if our “medical professionals” told us this information during the lab leak 5 years ago. So happy I started following channels like this one. I’m the healthiest I’ve been in decades.
Something I heard a physical therapist say always stayed with me when it comes to exercise. "Motion is lotion". Meaning the movement of the joints and muscles keep them lubricated. I personally ride a bicycle just 5 miles 3 - 6 days a week. If weather prevents me from getting this movement of exercise, I quickly start to stiffen up so it really makes a difference. At 66 I hope I can do this well into the future. It also helps me maintain a better sense of balance.

I drank lemon water for 48 hours and then i started a diet of chicken, meat, fish and eggs with extra healthy fats. I also take yours vitamin D3 . My medical doctor in Sweden asked me how i completely alter my blood work. I told him about you and he knew of you. I also lost 9 kg so even though i soon is 55 years he told me i have transformed my blood work and he told me i am 25 years inside 🎉
This might sound odd, but de-cluttering is an aspect of health, less stuff is less stress. Clearing up pantry cupboards, having a clean simple fridge, less dust, and to easily find stuff...and decluttering burn energy :)
