Good information. I'm 78. I remember when I was a kid and young adult only about 1 out of 10 people were fat. They didn't have any of the information we have today. And..............very few people exercised. I'm thinking the food we have now is the main culprit.
Went from 350lbs to 202lbs 3 years ago and kept it off. No more visceral fat. 62yo atm. Proper whole food diet and resistant training exercises

I'm not looking forward to this after 50 thing Dr. Ekberg ๐ I'm already struggling with insulin resistance, but I've cut all the added sugar out of my diet again. I'm 37 days already with zero added sugar in my diet! ๐ I'm going to continue this for 60 days then continue with it for another year or two so I can reverse my insulin resistance.

Im 52 and started eating whole foods with a focus on protein. Carbs from natural sources only. I only eat twice a day. Started this 2 years ago and went from 265 to 228 today. 3 weeks ago i was able to start 60 push-ups, and squats every day. Not im adding muscle and feel great. Inflammation is greatly reduced.
