Intermittent fasting, healthy diet, stress free life and exercise - there are the keys.
Dear Dŕ. Ekberg, I've been following you for several years now and following your great advice. I'm 79, start my day with a glass of warm water with a sprinkle of salt, do pilates at the open door, then have a glass of water with either lemon juice or ACV before breakfasting. Brisk walks after lunch and weight-lifting twice a week in the gym. My food is mainly vegetables and herbs from the garden, eggs and meat from pasture raised animals, fermented milk products. No medication apart from supplements like D3 +K2, magnesium and DHEA. I bake my own bread with sour dough. Of course, I enjoy a piece of cake, dark chocolate and ice-cream or a glass of red wine now and then. But the eating pattern is mainly healthy. Lest I should forget: twice a week intermittent fasting. I've always been slim and musculous, and I want to keep it that way. Greetings from Germany 🎉
Sleep. Whatever causes your lack of sleep, fix it. Apart from the no-brainer stuff like diet and exercise, sleep is critical.
I have been told I look 20 years younger. Here is what I do, no narcotics, no smoking anything, no alcohol, no greasy food, no extended time on Sun, always do house and garden work, cut out toxic people and environments. Anyway it worked for me. I guess I will eventually get wrinkles but above all always remember no one is more important than anyone else, kindness and respect for every thing.
Happy people age more slowly.
