The physical therapy workers don't like YouTube videos. They told me do not look at anything on YouTube about physical therapy and I found that the physical therapist on YouTube are better and different from the local ones. Just like learning about health and weight loss from YouTube I am proud of myself, I love keto fasting, learning something new about health and vitamins and nutrients, etc. Without having YouTube and learning from the best of the best. I have now completed year 4 of my journey into carnivore/keto. I do eat some veggies. The main thing is I don't drink anything other than sparkling water and coffee. Occasionally some green tea. I fast everyday for at least 18 hours and some days I do OMAD others I do restricted eating. My goal was never to lose tons of weight since I was at 140, but still I have been holding at 120. I would like to take off another 3 pounds but that's been really really difficult. My doctors hate me since I refuse to do anything they tell me. I won't take statins, do colonoscopies, no more breast x rays, bone scans and certainly no shots of any kind. I am 73 I mountain bike, row and snowboard. I have more energy than most 20 year olds AND I watch as many of Dr. Ekberg's videos as I can. I swear one day I'm just going to go see him. He really is a God send to thousands of people across the world. Most doctors today don't want you to be healthy, it bites into their greed.
My aunt is battling cancer, and we are asking for your prayers for her recovery. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she faces this tough battle.
I’ll be 51 in a month. One thing that struck me was as being on the beach. About 10/12 guys over 50 look like a fat pork chop with bird legs and a big drum of fat on the front side. I myself was a fat pork chop but for years, I did lift so I had legs. I now weigh what I did at 24 years old and I’m ripped. This advice has been priceless to my health. It’s a shame that the medical community can’t come off their egos and help people like this. Too much narcissism in the medical community.

I'm 72, briskly walk about 5 miles everyday and eat everything on your list plus Greek yogurt and oats. I lift light weights too.I'm almost never sick. I don't drink alcohol or smoke and I'm slim. So providing I don't get hit by a truck crossing the road or die in a plane crash I should make it well into my 90s. Both my parents did and my diet is healthier than theirs was. I also intermittently fast daily. I go about 16 hours between dinner and breakfast without eating anything. I'm not on any medication...I don't need any.
At 81 I know I'm old. I had a massive stroke at 72 and have never fully recovered, but my labs have been consistently good. I honestly expect to live for another nine years. My memory has not deteriorated.
