❤❤ I am proud of myself for staying on keto -fasting diet for 5 years straight now. from 410 lbs to 201. I can only say the changes I've made experienced has shocked most of my doctors over the years especially reversed my diabetes, got off so many medications, tmj, pinched nerve pain and more than any of the 7 doctors have done since the 1980s. Two of my doctors told me that I don't need to come back to them. I stopped going to physical therapist, cholesterol specialist and I am grateful to be able to do things that I couldn't do for years. I tell people that I found out about The keto diet and it's a great blessing to me and I found my way around doctors and health problems. Amen

I’m so happy I found your channel years ago and I am so much healthier at 78 than I was at 70. I’m entering day 6 of a water fast and I do that from time to time usually 3 days. I even have a YouTube channel about my recovery, I did mention you as the deep dive source for wellness, thank you.
He’s spot on with watching the videos and learning more about the Foods you should be eating. Consistency is key, intermittent fasting also played a key role for me. Just remember every day is a new day a new chairs for you to Lose that stubborn weight. I only lost 45 pounds. It took me about two years. I work at it every day to keep it off. Still got 10 more to go. I’m on the Journey.
8 years of low carb keto, i lost 50 lbs in the first two and have been the same for 6 years, but I still have an apron, I can feel my muscles underneath but not see them, I still have a lot to lose. I have no cravings and can go without food most of the day, so it is probably not my liver, I was hoping this video might fix me
Doctor, I have had multiple issues on this list for a long time and I truly believe my ignorance to all this is the main factor to all this. Thank you so much for this video. I'm hopeful I can turn things around.
