Toyota should have kept their V8 engines and regular V6 engines no turbos that’s what cramping their style. They should bring back their V8s reliable engines great video I enjoyed your content keep it up 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I prefer reliability over speed, it's not fun getting a BIG, expensive speeding ticket
I owned a 94 Camry 6 cyl and with just regular maintenance and a thermostat issue, racked up over 300k before I got rid of it. No transmission or engine issues ever.
You're not offending anyone by telling people to do the maintenance, you're trying to help us save money on repairs and that's why I watch your videos, to me, you're a legend. You're trying to direct the public in the right direction
The older Toyota automakers theory was "If it's not broken, don't fix it "
I get it. I hate my 07 Tundra SR5 4x4 with 310k. It won't stop running. Never left us stranded. The stater went out at 275k. The engine and transmission are still working great. We live in the far north salt belt. Rust on the truck is minimal. Why? I hooked up the home water supply to the outside hose. Anytime salt/ mud is on the truck I wash/ rinse it. Everything works on the truck. I do all the maintenance.
I have a 1994 toyota corolla hatchback manual. I have serviced the car regularly and it has never let me down. I bought it 20 years ago with about 100k kms, and it now has about 300k kms. Last service, the mechanic said its still in good mechanical condition.
Another awesome video Mark. HAPPY NEW YEAR
We are at a point where old cars will outlast newer cars 😲
I for one appreciate this extended, more nuanced discussion. Thank you for taking the time. 👍👍
