I will believe the $19000 Toyota 4WD when I see it.
The $19,000 will be the dealer mark-up alone.
Toyota may want to sell this vehicle for $19k, but the dealers don't. They'll put these trucks on storage lots and tell the customers there's a shortage. Then, they can jack up the price to $40k or $50k just like they've been doing with every mid priced vehicle since 2020.
The cheapest Corolla is about $24k Don't see this happening!

I’m driving my 4 Runner daily, since new. It’s now 21 years old and I don’t care it’s old. It’s more reliable than anything presently being built. Most new cars today are crap plastic components, bodies built like tin, and just a computer on wheels, waiting to fail.
