the best way is to buy grapefruit 3 of them tangerine 3 of them red orange 3 of them and lemons all must be not waxed peel the peel stick the peel into a slow cooker and 2 litres of fresh water leave for 9 ours slow cooking it will go from a citrous smell to a chemical smell the heat takes it all out the peel when done strain leave to cool then put in a bottle store in fridge drink some everyday and your never get the big c and if you have cancer this will stop it spreading.
