The problem everyone is having trying to recreate the magic of the infinity saga is that everyone, now including marvel themselves, are trying to rush and force it. Each character in the MCU was given time to develop, have their stories told in a meaningful way, and each movie was given room to breathe. It takes time and patience to do that, something the world of entertainment is short of nowadays. I believe this is the reason the multiversity failed. Covid certainly disrupted things, but disney and marvel WAY overcorrected, and just started pumping out content to try and make up the ground they lost. They mightve taken some losses early, but if they took the time to nuture this next saga, give the new characters time to develop, theres a good chance the mcu is in a much better place. But instead they rushed out sloppy, unsatisfying stories that quickly burned everyone out. They were so focused on the short term, the lost track of how much better the long term success could've been

Between Superman and Fantastic 4, this is a make-or-break year for the superhero movie genre

Based on the intro, the theory is just "predicting" Secret Wars.

My one actual concern with this movie is that despite taking place in a different universe, where the writers have 100% creative freedom, is how convoluted it is going to be when they try to integrate the Fantastic Four into the MCU. There is no way they are staying in a universe where they can't interact with the rest of the MCU Heroes, and I worried how messing it is going to be trying to merge both universe. Something that I wouldn't have to worry about if this movie already took place in the main MCU.

Little summary of Galactus’s origin: Galactus used to be a man named Galon who was a lead scientist of THE dying universe. (This played with the concept of the idea that everything in the universe and multiverse will run out of energy at some point and will permanently stop.) Galon in a last ditch effort tried to fly his ship right into the destroying universe. He then awoke in the new Multiverse as Galactus, Consumer of worlds. Where his main job was essentially stopping alien races from getting to advanced because he feeds on planets with the most life for his energy. And in fact one of the gods of everything liked him so much that they put a Galactus in every universe because of how powerful he is.(He’s so powerful that he fought several Celestials(the big robots from Eternals) and got them to retreat, even killing one.

Around 2016, my brother and I were watching YouTube videos at our grandparents’ house over Thanksgiving, and he showed me and our mom a video that ended up introducing me to the theory channels. We watched the first Film Theory on IT and many more together after that. I think of that now every time I watch a theory video and smile, because it’s like he’s still here, watching them with me. While I lost him to suicide seven years ago, the theory channels have been a constant source of levity. Thank you, Team Theorist, for continuing to put out awesome videos that also bring back happy memories. (Thanks for reading. I’ve wanted to thank you for a long time.)

I like the theory its not Red Ghost, but aged up Franklin. Would be a good bait and switch, make him age himself further than in the comic.

The bizarre thing about Franklin Richards in the comics is that he's deeply connected to Galactus. He's destined to live to see the end of the universe and bond with Galactus when his time comes to an end. Galan of Taa bonded with the Sentience of the Sixth Cosmos, with the result being Galactus in the current multiverse. Franklin is fated to bond with Galactus, with the result being a being called Lifebringer in the next multiverse -- a being who will seed the new multiverse with life and possibility. So it could be that Galactus is drawn to Earth by the birth of Franklin, possibly without understanding *why* he feels compelled to journey there. After all, there's a passage in a comic where an adult version of Franklin (who has traveled back in time) rescues Galactus from a perilous situation (being ganged up on by several corrupted/insane Celestials). Franklin turns to Galactus and asks him "Aren't you glad you never devoured the Earth?" -- which is something Galactus had, at that point, attempted at least three times.
