In 198 days, I’ll be running 15 kilometers for the first time, across the Bosphorus in Istanbul. I’ll be crossing from one continent to another, from Asia to Europe, on foot. It’ll be my first time ever running between continents.
been in survival mode for so long i forgot what it feels like to feel well. not just functioning, but actually well. the hidden herbs reminded me that healing doesnt have to be complicated. sometimes nature already gave us what we need, we just forgot how to use it

These are literally changing my life. After a long time of not knowing what is wrong with me or which way to go. You’re giving people clarity on the power they possess. Thank you, Dr. Huberman
Half the time I have no clue what you’re talking about but the times I do it’s like the biggest light bulb ever. Thank you for all the vast information you so generously provide!!!
This is the kind of content that makes you rethink how you train. Endurance isn’t just physical—it’s brain chemistry, mindset, and strategy. Loved this breakdown!
Dear Dr Huberman. I’m a biochemical engineer with 15 years experience at genentech until I had a massive AVM stroke in 2007 in my basal ganglia, paralyzing my dominant left side. I’ve been on a rehabilitation journey since then. I wanted to mention I’ve done a lot of independent research on hyperbaric oxygen as a means to assist recovery. This intervention has traditionally been considered “snake oil” but there’s so much data demonstrating impressive health benefits. It is approved by FDA for various conditions mainly related to wound healing. A world leader in HBOT is Dr. Paul Harch, author of ‘the oxygen revolution’. Another leader is Dr. Efrati from Tel Aviv. Harch is at LSU in Louisiana. I wonder if you’d be interested in inviting harch on your show for an episode on hyperbaric Oxygen? I LOVE your podcast and I sincerely thank you for what you’re doing.
I got one of the hardest races in the country coming up in 12 weeks, let’s Gooo!
I usually just consume your videos- but this video helped me a lot for my major phd exams- to understand muscular endurance in a deeper MORE REASONABLE way- in German school we learn this cycle including ATP in a much more overly complicated way- so that the easy way out is just memorise it without even trying to actually understanding it--- you're a great teacher and if you ever want to be interviewed by an 18 year old high school student Hit me Up and I will ask you some major questions for teenagers, questions which evolve in my friend groups and are discussed in a longer timeframes because of all these different studies and podcast..
