Perfect video to carry mail to this morning 💪 10 miles a day walking!
What a beautiful human being and conversation. We need to return to our human nature. Thanks, Ido and Andrew.
This conversation between Andrew Huberman and Ido Portal is an absolute masterclass in movement, mindfulness, and the internal architecture of practice! High five to both for breaking down how we can truly live with more intentionality and awareness. ✋
This might be the most satisfying episode of any podcast in 2026 for me
Syncing your mind and body into a very strong connection has proven to be very powerful in every aspect of your life. It stretches the limit of what you can do and achieve... Highly recommended
Thank you, Huberman, for your dedication to sharing science freely. It's a valuable resource for so many of us.
Immense feeling of awe and connection when Andrew admitted his grief over the passage of time. I also feel like i am in that exact moment of my life. After all we are all brothers and sisters in this short and intense journey we have.
I so needed this. I have a very long-term responsibility of caregiving for my disabled son who has congenital disabilities, and is now 13 years old. That burden of having to stay on top of every tube feeding and every diaper change, and additionally to put in my time as a full-time biostatistician, has to be contrasted with some play and some freeform movement. Some artistry and creativity. I was able to get into a very good habit of daily yoga a few years ago, but needed to switch to strength training for further muscle development. But I cannot get into the same consistent habits when I have to keep track of sets and reps. It just drains my soul. Ha. Did my workout differently this time while listening to this podcast, did the sets and reps, but my focus wasn't on recording my progress, but on how it felt in my body, and just moving on to the next exercise with that sense of playfulness and enjoyment. That's what has been lacking. Going to focus more on the end product of how I feel and perform, and not worry so much about recording my progress. I feel good about this direction. Thank you!
I’m genuinely fascinated how Spotify is hating on this episode but YouTube is loving it. I’m about to listen 🎧
Don't give up on this format. It's just enough to remind us to run back to what we know and need. Enough to help us push out of the haze that the society blinds and sedates us into stupidity and death. Don't stop!!
