Cancer is what gave me the correct mindset. Now doing well. Lost 35 lbs. feel younger (am in my 60s), I did all she also has listed. It works. Don’t wait until you get some type of disease to get healthy. Do it now. Exercise, eat healthy. Get rid of sugar… it is a killer…. Get rid of the processed foods. ❤
Dr. Anna should write a book with all the knowledge and positive ideas she has. She did it herself so it means so much more. I hope she considers this.
