I've noticed that every single health recommendation promulgated by the government is wrong. There is a point where you have to accept that it's not an accident.

Fabulous!!! Someone who speaks the truth. I’m 69 next month, no meds, very fit, strong, healthy, gym 3 times/week for 2hrs. Diet is plenty of red meat, real butter, whole milk, full fat cheese, eggs, salt. Retired but now a handyman and voluntary counsellor. Like Zoe, I don’t charge for helping people deal with their lives better. I don’t know how you value that. Instead, my reward comes from their recovery. And I’m spiritual. And planning to get a big motorbike for my 70th next yr.

Diabetes is why im here! Diagnosed 3 months ago, went straight on keto and now i feel better than i have in 20 years! Losing weight and feeling great.
My grandparents were farmers . And they grew and atet probably 90% of there own food . There are things you need to buy . But they ate bacon and eggs , meat and potatoes everyday . The only big difference was no chemicals on or in their food they didn't know anything about modern health diets. My grand father lived to 90 and my grandmother lived to 101 .
